摘要 本文叙述了双辊法薄带连铸空冷区传热过程数学模型的建立,并初步验证了它的可靠性,依此计算了铸带在空冷区的温度变化规律,探讨了冷却强度对铸带温度分布的影响。 A mathematic model of heat transfer process in the air cooling region of thin strip continuous casting by twin roll technique has been established. The reliability of the mathematic model was primarily proved. The temperature field of the cast strip in air cooling region has been calculated. The influence of second cooling on the temperature distribution of the cast strip has been studied. The theoretical analysis can be used to prevent the creation of the traverse cracking defects on the cast strip.
