摘要
针对目前高校院系资料室存在的管理体制不健全、人员素质不高、管理手段落()后等问题,为更好地发挥资料室的图书情报职能,从更新观念、理顺管理体制、提高人员素质、加强科学管理等4个方面提出了相应的对策和措施。
In the light of the problems existing in the reference room of the university's collages (departments), such as the defective management system, low quality of personnel, and the backward managerial means, and in order to give full play to the book and information function of the reference room, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures from four aspects of renewing the conception, rationalizing the managerial system, improving the quality of personnel, and strengthening the scientific management.
