摘要
以监利教育变法为个案,通过分析我国特定情境下的制度需求与供给,深入探讨我国引入教育凭单的可行性及构筑凭单制的相应对策。
The paper sets out a case study on the educational reform in Jianli with respect to the institutional demand and supply under the Chinese backgrounds.It draws some points on the feasibility of introducing the voucher system into the Chinese educational system and the relevant policy implications.
