摘要
建立了HPLC法测定头孢泊肟酯口服干混悬剂中苯甲酸钠的含量。采用ODS柱,流动相A为pH5.0缓冲液,流动相B为乙腈,二元梯度洗脱。流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长254nm。苯甲酸钠在36～120μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为1.3%。
AHPLC method for thedetermination ofsodiumbenzoate in cefpodoxime proxetil for oralsuspension was established. An ODS column was used with the mobile phase A (pH5.0 buffer solution) and the mobile phase B (acetonitrile)by gradientelution.Theflow ratewas1.0ml/min atthedetection wavelengthof254nm.Thecalibration curve waslinear in the concentration range of 36～120μg/ml(r=0.9999). The average recovery was 99.5%with RSD of1.3%.
