摘要
本文从安全两难的角度分析了中日韩三国之间的不稳定和紧张关系,在此基础上,提出三个国家走出安全困境的最佳方案,就是循序渐进、由易到难地加强政治与经济的区域合作,并最终建成由中日韩所主导的“东亚共同体”。具体看,在政治和安全领域,三国应该努力谋求一种多边主义的合作之路;在经济领域,三国应在“10+3”的基础上,逐步构建包含中日韩在内的东亚自由贸易区。
This paper analyses the unstable and tense relationship between China, Japan and South Korea from the angle of security delimma. On the base of it, the author puts forward the best scheme for the three countries to pile out the delimma, which is advancing the regional political and economic cooperation and finally establishing the East Asian Community lead by China, Japan and South Korea. Concretely, the three countries should try hard to form the multilateral cooperation in the field of politics and on the base of “10+3”, gradually set up East Asian Free-trade Area including China, Japan and South Korea in the field of economy.
