摘要
日本九州大学实施的学府·研究院制组织制度,突破了以往大学组织结构的传统形态,使大学在组织层面上实现了教育与研究功能的分离,同时又实现了两种功能的柔性结合。这一新型的教育和研究组织结构不仅可以提高大学组织对外界的适应性和灵活性,也有利于打破学术壁垒,实现大学组织的跨学科发展,对我国大学的改革与组织创新具有启示与借鉴意义。
The Graduate School and Faculty organization system, which Kyushu University of Japan carries out, breaks with the traditional organization structure of university and achieves the gentle combination of the education function and research function with the two functions separating at the same university organization. The new organization structure of education and research can not only increase the adaptability and flexibility of the university organization, but also help to break the academic barriers, in order to realize the cross-discipline development of university organization. In addition, we can draw lessons from it and can apply it to our university reform and organization creation.
