摘要
技术创新是企业持续发展的动力,长期以来我国中小企业的技术创新面临着资金不足、人才缺乏、体制不活、观念保守、政策不力等诸多问题,严重困扰了企业的生存与发展。改变这种局面,需要中小企业和政府共同努力,改善企业技术创新的外部环境和内部因素。
Technology innovation is the motive force of the sustained development in enterprises. During a long period of time, for China's small and medium-sized enterprises, the problems of shortage of funds, lack of qualified personnel, stiffness of system, conservative modes of thought, ineffective policy, etc. strictly puzzle the existence and development of enterprises. Changing this situation needs the government and small and medium-sized enterprises to make joint efforts, so as to improve the external environment and internal factors of technology innovation in enterprises.
