纳米TiO_2/PTFE复合材料的干摩擦磨损性能 被引量:4

摘要 利用磨损试验机、扫描电子显微镜等方法研究了表面处理与未处理纳米TiO2 (质量分数为 6% )填充聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE)复合材料的干摩擦性能。结果表明 ,纳米TiO2 能明显提高PTFE耐磨性并改变其磨屑形成机理。表面处理纳米TiO2 在PTFE中能较均匀分散。纳米TiO2 填充PTFE复合材料的摩擦系数比PTFE稍大 ,纳米TiO2 表面处理与否对PTFE复合材料的摩擦系数影响不大 ,但表面处理纳米TiO2 填充聚四氟乙烯耐磨性比PTFE有显著提高 ,表面处理与表面未处理纳米TiO2 填充PTFE复合材料的耐磨性比PTFE可分别提高 7倍和 3倍左右。 The dry friction and wear behavior of PTFE composites filled with surface treated and untreated nano-meter TiO 2 were tested by means of MM-200 tester and SEM. The results indicated that the addition of nano-meter TiO2 could improve the wear resistance of PTFE significantly and change the mechanism of wear scraps.Surface treated nano-meter TiO 2 could disperse well in PTFE matrix. The friction coefficient of PTFE/nano-meter TiO 2 composites increased slightly,the surface treatment of nano-meter TiO 2 had little effect on the friction coefficient, but the wear resistance of PTFE filled with surface treated nano-meter TiO 2 increased significantly.The wear resistance of PTFE composites filled with modified nano-meter TiO 2 increased by 7 times and 3 times or so ,compared with PTFE composites filled with unmodified nano-meter TiO 2 and PTFE.The key wear mechanism was adhesive wear.
