车辆出行的产生和吸引量与交通小区的土地利用情况密切相关.土地利用情况可以用一系列的经济、技术指标来描述,但实际工作中有些指标往往不容易得到,因此很难完整地描述土地利用情况,更无法以此来建模和预测.本文介绍了土地利用效用的概念,它可以利用统计数据综合地反映交通小区的土地利佣情况.文中还给出了土地利用效用在城市交通规划中应用的实例.
Vehicle trip generation and attraction relate to the land use of traffic zones closely. Land use can be described with a series of economic and technical indexes. But some indexes are hardly obtained in practice, so th.at it is difficult to give the completed land use description, to model and to forecast. This paper introduces the concept of land use utility which can reflect the land use of a iraffic zone comprehensively with some available statistical figures. A practical application of the land use utility in urban traffic planning shows in the paper.
