面向概念设计的复杂结构零件设计可重用方法 被引量:8

摘要 针对零件库中复杂结构零件难以分类和检索问题,提出一种基于概念零件结构定性模型的零件设计可重用方法。将联结面和功能面分别抽象为装配元符号和功能元符号,连接元符号实现装配元符号和功能元符号的连通并表达零件的结构构形。通过将零件上功能表面之间的相对位置、朝向以及拓扑关系抽象成定性符号集合,建立了概念零件结构定性模型。讨论了概念零件结构相似度的计算方法,在借鉴化学数据库中化合物检索算法的基础上,提出了结构图匹配和结构图相似的相似零件查找机理。并以减速器箱体为例验证了方法的有效性。 Aiming at difficult sorting and retrieving complicated structure parts in part lib, a method for part design by using conceptual part structure qualitative models is presented. Bond surfaces and function surfaces are abstracted as assembly meta symbols and function meta symbols respectively, link meta symbols make the assembly meta symbols and the function meta symbols in the part connect and express the configuration of part structure. By abstracting of relative position, orientation and topology relation between part function surfaces as a qualitative symbol set, the conceptual part structure qualitative models are presented. The calculation methods of conceptual part structure similar degree are discussed. On the basis of referring to the algorithms of retrieving compound in chemical database, the similar part retrieval mechanisms of structure graph matching and structure graph similarity are presented. The method is validated by taking reducer boxes as example.
