电热爆炸定向喷涂Stellite6合金涂层 被引量:2

摘要 采用电热爆炸定向喷涂工艺在 4 5号钢基体上制备stellite 6合金涂层。借助光学显微镜 ,扫描电镜和图像分析软件等对涂层厚度均匀性、孔隙率 ,显微组织、晶粒度以及涂层基体界面结合情况进行了分析。借助显微硬度仪对涂层的硬度进行了测试。对不同尺寸喷涂材料所得涂层进行了比较。结果表明 ,两种不同尺寸喷涂材料制备的涂层组织晶粒均大大细化 ,涂层孔隙率都比较低 ;小截面积的喷涂材料制备涂层的厚度均匀性好于大截面的喷涂层 ;涂层与基体界面结合良好 ,在界面附近发生了扩散现象 ;涂层硬度均远远高于原始stellite 6喷涂材料硬度 ,最高分别达到 997HV和 738HV ,为原始硬度的 2~ 3倍。 Stellite 6 coating was sprayed on 45 steel substrate by electrothermal explosion directional spraying with two sizes of Stellite 6 alloy. Thickness uniformity, porosity, microstructure, grain size and bonding between substrate and coating were analyzed with scanning electron microscope, optical microscope and image analysis software respectively. Hardness of the coating was tested. Comparisons of coatings sprayed by different sizes of the alloy were carried out. The results show that grains of coatings are greatly refined for both coatings. Porosity is very low for two coatings. The thickness of coating sprayed by small size of the alloy is more uniform than that of coating with larger size of the alloy. There is a good bond between substrate and coating because diffusion occurs in the interface. Hardness of both coatings are far higher than that of stellite 6 alloy. The maximum hardness of the coating is up to 997 HV for small size of sprayed coating and 738 HV for larger size of sprayed coating, 2-3 times of the sprayed material.
