摘要
目的:研究声动力学治疗对宫颈癌细胞的体外效应。方法:应用超声激活血卟啉,采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝法、克隆形成率方法检测声动力学治疗对宫颈癌细胞的生长抑制作用。结果:血卟啉单独应用对细胞无明显生长抑制作用。单纯应用超声有一定的细胞杀伤作用,血卟啉和超声联合作用时,有明显的超声增敏作用。随着血卟啉浓度的升高和超声辐照时间的延长,血卟啉联合超声对细胞的生长抑制作用明显增强穴P<0.05雪,克隆形成率也明显降低穴P<0.05雪。结论:声动力学治疗能明显抑制宫颈癌细胞的生长增殖。
Objective: To study the effect of sonodynamic therapy on cervical cancer cells in vitro. Methods: Hematoporphyrin was selected as a sonosensitizer and ultrasound was used to activate it. Then MTT assay and clony-forming efficiency assay were used to determine the inhibitory effects of cervical cancer cells. Results: Hematoporphyrin had no significant inhibitory effect on the cells. However, when used before ultrasound, it could enhance the killing effect of ultrasound. With the increasing of concentration of hematoporphyrin and time of ultrasound treatment, the inhibitory effects increased(P<0.05). Conclusion: Sonodynamic therapy can significantly suppress the growth and proliferation of cervical cancer cells.
