后路减压复位内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位合并截瘫 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨下胸、腰椎体骨折脱位合并脊髓马尾神经损伤的治疗方法。方法 :应用后路椎板减压、牵引复位、RF内固定和横突间植骨治疗下胸、腰椎骨折脱位合并脊髓马尾神经损伤。结果 :6例患者经 6~ 18个月的随访 ,效果优良。结论 :椎板减压、牵引复位、RF内固定及横突间植骨是治疗下胸、腰椎骨折脱位合并脊髓马尾神经损伤的优良方法 ,可有效地整复下胸、腰椎骨折脱位 ,可彻底解除脊髓马尾神经的压迫 ,为脊髓马尾神经功能恢复创造良好的外部环境 ,为脊柱稳定提供有力支持。
