摘要
本文叙述了航空战略产业资产重组中首先要解决的几个问题，同时借鉴国外一些成功的做法，提出了航空战略产业资产重组的途径，最后阐述了资产重组的目的是实现资源的优化配置。
This paper states some problems which must be solved in assets reunion of aviation strategy industry, and gives out the way of assets reunion of aviation strategy industry reference to foreign successful experience. Finally, points out the purpose of assets reunion is to realize optimium disposition of resources.
