摘要  隔板设计在整个汽轮机本体设计中占有很大的比重。本文应用参数化设计方法,基于WindowsNT4.0,UnigraphicsV16.0系统软件平台及C和UG/Open开发工具,开发了自带冠静叶焊接隔板的CAD系统。该程序使用方便,采用人机对话窗口容易编辑修改,智能化水平高。整个设计完成后,能自动进行一套完整设计图纸的数据备份。该隔板CAD系统的开发及参数化设计大幅度提高了设计效率,节约了大量人力物力,使得图纸更加规范,增强了管理的可控性,加速了产品的设计过程,因此具有极大的实用及推广价值。 The design of diaphragm is a large part in the whole turbine design. This paper represents a CAD system of integral-shroud-blade welded diaphragm. The system program is based on Windows NT 4.0 and Unigraphics V16.0 platforms, using C language and UG/Open as the tools. With friendly dialogue window and high intelligent level, this program is easy to operate and modify. The system can automatically generate a backup of the design drawings after the design completed. The CAD system of diaphragm and parametric design method greatly improves design efficiency and save much labor and resources, which also can standardize the specification of drawings and reinforce the archive management. Therefore it is worth putting the system into wide practice.
