局部药物释放防治再狭窄的进展
Advances in Prevention of Restenosis by Local Drug Delivery
摘要
如何防治再狭窄是介入心脏病学面临的主要问题之一 ,系统用药 ,局部介入治疗处血管药物浓度低 ,疗效差 ,局部用药可克服上述特点。本人就局部用药的方法、器械、效果进行综述。
