摘要
以自制的钨磷酸掺混聚苯胺(H3PW12O40/PAn)为催化剂,用苯甲醛和乙二醇为原料合成了苯甲醛缩乙二醇。适宜反应条件为:n(苯甲醛):n(乙二醇)=1:1.5,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.8%,环己烷为带水剂,反应时间1.0h。苯甲醛缩乙二醇的收率可达85.7%。
Benzaldehyde glycol acetal was synthesized from benzaldehyde and glycol in the presence of H3PW12O40/PAn. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the optimal conditions were found as follows:molar ratio of benzaldehyde to glycol is 1 : 1. 5, the quantity of catalyst is e-qual to 0. 8% of feed stock, and the reaction time is 1. 0h with cyclohaxance as water-carrying agent. The yield of benzaldehyde glycol acetal could be up to 85. 7%.
