摘要
电厂中凝汽器循环冷却水消耗占电厂用水量很大一部分 ,采用循环水加酸调整水质的方法 ,在增大循环冷却水浓缩倍率的同时 ,控制好加酸后的循环水的 pH值 ,可以有效地防止凝汽器铜管结垢 ,以及铜管的腐蚀 ,最主要的是可以有效地减少电厂新鲜水的用量。此外 ,由于减少了循环水的外排 ,为防止凝汽器结垢而投加的阻垢剂的用量也相应减少 ,收到了较好的经济效益。
In Power-plant,the consumption of cooling water is the major part of all flesh water. Adopting the new method—adding-acid to circle cooling water, a great part of flesh water can be saved. The concentration proportion being increased,the PH value of water being well controlled to prevent the copper tube staining and scaling. At the same time, the consumption of anti-scale chemical reagent decreased too. It proved that this new method can bring tremendous economic benefit.
