大麦双受精过程研究初报

A Primary Study on the Process of Doubl e Fertilization of Barley

摘要 通过光学显微观察,大麦双受精过程如下:授粉后35分钟,花粉管进入胚囊;45分钟释放出两个精子;50分钟,一精子先与卵细胞融合,另一精子移向中央细胞的二极核;55分钟,精子附卵核上,另一精子附于一极核上,同时还观察到一精子附于两极核上的现象;60分钟,精子仍贴附在卵核上,另一精子与二极核之一融合;90分钟,精子开始与卵核融合,初生胚乳核形成,其核中的三个核仁未融合;120分钟,精子与卵核融合,初生胚乳核分裂,但未见核仁融合。 The present paper dealt with the double fertilization of barley.The result is as fol- low:The Pollen tube reached the embryo sac at 35 minutes after pollination (m a p) and released two sperms at 45 m a p.One of the sperm fused with egg cell and the second was migrating to the two polar nuclei of central cell at 50 m a p.The first sperm was in contact with the egg nu- cleus and the second closed to the polar nucleus at 55 m a p.It was observed that the second sperm closed to both polar nuclei in the meantime.The first one still stick on the egg nucleus, the other fused with one of the polar nuclers at 60 m a p.Sperm and egg nucleus fusion and triple fusion took place at 90 m a p.Sperm fused with egg nucleus but the nucleols were distinguished obviously.Division of the primary endosperm nucleus took place at 120 m a p.
