本文分析东西方思维方式差异对饭店现代化管理的影响,提出外资饭店涌入,人才资 源本土化进程中,管理要适合不同的文化生态的观点。
This article analyses the impact of the differences between oriental and occidental patterns of thinking on modern hotel management and proposes management be adaptable to different culturalec-ology in the process of human resources localization of foreigh-ventured hotels emerging in china.
