摘要
目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒大鼠心肌组织ATP酶活性变化及硫酸镁对其影响。方法Wistar健康大鼠30只随机分为对照组(A组);氧化乐果染毒组(B组);硫酸镁预处理后再染毒组(C组),每组10只。分别测定大鼠心肌组织Na+,K+ATP酶、Mg2+ATP酶和Ca2+ATP酶活性,并进行组间比较。结果B组与A组相比,ATP酶活性均明显降低(P<0.01)。C组与B组相比,ATP酶活性均有不同程度地恢复,Na+,K+ATP酶、Mg2+ATP酶活性恢复(P<0.01)较Ca2+ATP酶活性恢复(P<0.05)明显。结论急性有机磷农药中毒后,心肌组织Na+,K+ATP酶、Mg2+ATP酶和Ca2+ATP酶活性均明显受抑制。硫酸镁预处理能减轻ATP酶活性的抑制程度,尤其是Na+,K+ATP酶和Mg2+ATP酶。
Objective: To investigate the ATPase activities in cardiac muscle of rats with acute organophosphorus poisoning and to explore the effects of magnesium sulfate on the activities. Methods: Thirty healthy rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A (control), group B (received oxide dimethoate intraperitoneally), group C (received magnesium sulfate at first, then oxide dimethoate). The activities of Na + , K+-ATPase, Mg 2+ -ATPase, and Ca 2+ -ATPase of cardiac muscle were determined separately. Then comparisons were made among the 3 groups. Results: The activities of Na + , K+-ATPase, Mg 2+ -ATPase, and Ca 2+ -ATPase decreased obviously in group B compared with that in group A(P<0.01). The activities of Na + , K+-ATPase, Mg 2+ -ATPase and Ca 2+ -ATPase recovered in various degree in group C compared with group B. The activities of Na + , K+-ATPase and Mg 2+ -ATPase recovered(P<0.01) more obviously than Ca 2+ -ATPase activity(P<0.05). Conclusion: The activities of Na + , K+-ATPase, Mg 2+ -ATPase, and Ca 2+ -ATPase of cardiac muscle were inhibited when rats received oxide dimethoate. Magnesium sulfate preparation can reduce the inhibition on ATPase,especially on Na + , K+-ATPase and Mg 2+ -ATPase.
