摘要
研究了碲铌基玻璃及各种离子掺杂后玻璃的线性光学性质 ,结果表明 :碲铌基玻璃的紫外吸收截止波长明显比普通钠钙硅玻璃长 ,对紫外区有很好的屏蔽作用 ;Zn2 +、B3+、Ti4+离子的引入对碲铌基玻璃的紫外截止波长没有大的影响 ,但玻璃的透光率明显增大 ;引入Ce4+、Er3+、Ho3+、Nd3+和Y3+离子后 ,随着离子含量的增加 ,玻璃的紫外吸收截止波长逐渐红移 ,而在玻璃中加入La3+和Tb3+离子后 ,玻璃的紫外吸收截止波长则产生蓝移现象 ,并且玻璃的透光率在该稀土离子的特征吸收峰处发生明显变化。
Linear optical properties of tellurate glass are studied in this paper. It is found that the UV cut-off wavelength of TeO 2-Nb 2O 5 base glass is obviously longer than that of Na 2O-CaO-SiO 2 glass. When Zn 2+ 、B 3+ and Ti 4+ are introduced in Nb 2O 5-TeO 2 base glass, the UV cut-off wavelength of glass is almost the same, but the transmittance of glass increases significantly. When the rare earth ions, such as Ce 4+ 、Er 3+ 、Ho 3+ 、Nd 3+ and Y 3+ are doped in glass, the red shift of the UV cut-off position is observed. When La 3+ and Tb 3+ are doped, the UV cut-off wavelength of the glass moves to short wavelength, which indicated that the transmittance at the characteristic absorption peak changes obviously.
