摘要
采用射频磁控溅射法制备了 Ca、Sr双掺杂La2/3(Ca1/3 Sr2/3)1/3 MnO3 (LCSMO)薄膜。电阻率 温度特性表明,薄膜在 387K时发生铁磁金属相 顺磁非导体相相变。同时测试了薄膜在 180,230 和 280K温度下的伏安特性,表明所制备的薄膜具有负阻效应,并分析了产生该现象的原因。
Double-doped perovskite thin film of La2/3 (Ca1/3Sr2/3)1/3MnO3 (LCSMO) has been prepared with RF magnetron sputtering method. We have observed a metal-to-insulator (M-I) transition in this film at 387 K as increasing its temperature. The voltage-current characteristics of the film at 180 K, 230 K and 280 K indicate that the thin film has the negative resistance effect. These phenomena were qualitatively explained by the double exchange model and the Jahn-Teller effect.
