“三个代表”重要思想的提出 ,使我们对我国社会主义公共财政的认识大大地深化了一步。建立社会主义公共财政不仅是社会主义市场经济的客观要求 ,而且是在财政改革和财政工作中贯彻三个代表重要思想的内在要求。公共财政是全面、协调、可持续发展的必要条件 ;只有坚持科学的发展观和正确的政绩观 ,才能在财政工作中有效地贯彻“三个代表”
The Three Representations', a guiding principle put forward by the leading body of the Communist Party of China has greatly deepened our understanding of the nature of socialist public finance of China.Building such a financial system, which is the nrecondition of a comprehensive, well-coordinatedand sustainable development, is a request of both the need for financial reform and the intrinsicspirit of “The Three Representatives', which will be carried out in our financial work only if wetake a scientific outlook of development and administrative achievement.
