摘要
在信息化与全球化的进程中, 全球传播环境发生了很大的变化, 面临了一系列新的挑战。作为公共传播行为之一的政府传播, 有必要作为一个相对独立的概念, 并对新环境中的政府与大众传播媒介新型关系的建立和政府传播方式的改进进行深入和全方位的研究, 因为新型政府传播意识和方式的形成则是我国政府在信息化社会和全球化进程中发挥更大作用的重要条件之一。
Government communication refers to various governmental communication activities such as dispatch of the public information, information gathering of a policy making process and public opinion observation, political participation, information exchange of the public in a political democratization process. With the development of computerization and globalization, social communication environment is changing fast. As a public communication act, government communication needs to be profoundly studied, particularly the approach to the improvement of government communication and new relationship between government and mass media. Furthermore, the forming of new government communication consciousness and means will play a great part in the development of computerization and globalization.
