不同溶剂煎煮对延胡索镇痛作用的影响

摘要 分别采用水煎、酒煎和酷煎延胡索溶液,以热板法观察小白鼠给药后30min 和60min 时的疼痛反应。结果酒煎剂给药30min 时的镇痛作用明显优于60min 时(P<0.01);醋煎剂给药60min 时的镇痛作用明显优于30min 时(P<0.01);水煎剂则前后无显著差异。而酒煎剂在30min、醋煎剂在60min 时的镇痛作用分别强于水煎剂(P<0.05;P<0.01)。说明延胡索的酒煎剂和醋煎剂各有所长,前者疗效发挥迅速而后者作用时间持久。就镇痛效果而言,二者均优于水煎剂。 Corydalis was decocted in water,wine or vinegar separatly and the solution from those were given to mice.Thirty minutes and sixty minutes later,stimulus with hct plate was given to the mice.Pain response showed that wine decoction had better analgeia in 30 rain than that in 60 min,vigegar decoction had bette analgesia in 60 min than that in 30 min.There is no difference between water decoction in 30 rain and 60 min for analgesia.
