摘要
中国加入WTO ,进一步开放国内农产品市场后 ,将对甘肃农业生产产生“挤压效应” ,传统的农业管理方式将受到冲击 ,政府保护农业的政策空间将会趋紧。为此 ,本文根据国家实施西部大开发战略的总体部署 ,综合考虑入世对甘肃经济带来的机遇与挑战 ,提出了在过渡期做好体制转型、调整农业生产结构、强化农业基础设施建设。
WT5BZ] After it enters WTO, China will further open its agriculture market to foreign countries. And this action will bring influence to the agriculture of Gansu Province, shock the traditional agriculture magement, shrink the space of the government protection to agriculture. Thus, according to the general strategy of the development of Western China and the opportunity and challenge of WTO to Gansu provincial economy, the paper focuses on five measures that we should follow in the development of the Western China.
