摘要
以磁电式振动速度传感器的模型为基础,分析了传感器的动态性能,提出了一种利用现有磁电式振动速度传感器实现超低频振动测量的动态性能改进的软件补偿方法.其基本原理是基于零极点配置法构造出一个软件的补偿算法,并用数字滤波器实现,从而使磁电式振动速度传感器的输出信号经过运算后其动态性能得到改善,扩展了磁电式振动速度传感器的使用频带,这些在工程测试领域有重要的实用价值.
In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of magnetoelectric vibration velocity transducer are analyzed based on the mechanical model and the method of dynamic characteristics improvement is presented to realize ultra-low frequency vibration measurement by means of the transducer. The basic theory is that we set up a digital filter based on the pole-zero point disposition method, therefore the dynamic characteristics of the output of velocity transducer is improved and the frequency limit is expanded. This method is of great value in engineering measurement field.
