摘要
目的探讨电针改善急性脑缺血大鼠局部脑血流量(γCBF)与血管活性肠肽(VIP)的关系。方法采用右侧颈内动脉线栓法建立局灶性脑缺血模型,氢气清除法测定顶叶和海马γCBF,放射免疫法检测顶叶、海马组织VIP含量。结果脑缺血后大鼠顶叶、海马γCBF及VIP明显下降,电针治疗后大鼠顶叶、海马γCBF及顶叶、海马组织VIP则增加。结论电针可显著改善急性脑缺血大鼠顶叶缺血中心区和海马γCBF,其机制可能与提高VIP含量、改善脑的代谢有关。
Objective:To study the effect of electro-acupuncture (EA) on regional cerebral blood flow and vasoactive intestinal peptide in rat model of acute cerebral ischemia.Methods:Rats model of acute cerebral ischemia was established with middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) technique,and the γCBF in parietal lobe and hippocampus were measured by hydrogen gas clearance method,contents of VIP were determined by radioimmunoassay.Results:γCBF and VIP of the model rats were permanently lower.After EA treatment,the indexes compared with the model rats,increased significantly.Conclusion:EA might regulate the metabolism of VIP in CNS and rapidly improve the regional cerebral blood flow after cerebral ischemia.
