摘要
目的观察葛根素与黄芪注射液合用治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法对102例病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为治疗组50例,观察组52例。治疗组采用葛根素与黄芪注射液合用治疗,每天一次,10-20天一疗程;观察组单独使用黄芪注射液,治疗疗程同上,观察两组症状,体征,ECG心脏扩大变化,检测心肌酶谱,进行疗效评定。结果治疗组与观察组总有效率分别为96.0%,86.7%,p<0.01,治疗组治疗疗效优于观察组。
Objective To observe the clinical of puerarln injection with astragalus injection in thc treatment of viral myocarditis.Methods A total of102cases with viral myocarditis was randomly divided into treatment group(n=50)and control group(n=52).The treatment group was treated with puerarln injection and astragalus injection drip once a day,while the control group was treated with astragatus alone intravenous drip once a day,a course of treatment in two group was10～20days.The clinical effects were evaluated by the patients symptom,physical examination,the volume of heart,ECG and the enzymogram of cardiac muscle.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was96.0%and it was86.7%in the control group.The difference was sig-nificant between two groups(p<0.01).
