摘要
目的 研究人乳腺癌组织中雌激素受体亚型 (ERα和ERβ)与表皮生长因子受体 - 2 (HER -2 )表达的关系。方法 应用RT -PCR方法检测 30例人乳腺癌组织中ERα和ERβ的mRNA的表达水平 ,应用免疫组织化学的方法检测HER - 2表达水平 ,对两者进行比较。结果 HER - 2高表达的患者ERα/ERβ比值明显低于HER - 2低表达的患者 (P <0 0 1)。结论 乳腺癌患者中雌激素受体亚型的表达可能受HER - 2调节。
Objective To investigate the relationship between estrogen receptor subtypes and HER-2 expression in human breast carcinoma.Methods Cancer tissue samples were obtained from 30 cases with breast carcinoma.Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)was performed to measure the expression of ER α and ER β mRNA in tissue.The expression of HER-2 was examined immunohistochemically.Results The ratio of ER α and ER β decreased in patients with increase of HER-2 expression(P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of estrogen receptor subtypes may be regulated by HER-2.
