摘要
跨国并购和跨国兼并对世界经济全球化起到了越来越大的推动作用 ,同时给致力于改革开放并努力融入世界经济体系的中国带来了机遇和挑战 ,它将给我国在利用外资策略方面产生深远的影响。我们应积极迎接挑战 ,抓住机遇 ,提出相应对策。
Multinational merger and multinational annex have played promoting role for world economic globalization. At the same time, they have brought good fortune and challenge to the China where works for reforming and opening up to the outside world and blends in world economic system with great efforts, and it will produce deep influence especially in the aspect of using the strategy of foreign capital. We should meet challenge actively and grasp good fortune to put forward corresponding countermeasure.
