摘要
研究了中温淀粉酶生产过程中 ,采用生产菌种BacillussubtilisBF765 8,在生产条件不变的情况下 ,仅以一定比例的药媒 (棉仔蛋白粉 )部分或全部取代豆粕 (饼 )粉 ,测定由于培养基中药媒比例及含氮量的变化对发酵酶活力的影响 ,并进行批量生产性试验 ,从而摸索在酶制剂生产过程中采用新型氮源———药媒替代传统豆粕粉的可行性。
Researches on the production of α-amylase using the strain of Bacillus subtilis BF7658 in the plant conditions are presented in this paper. When bean cake powder (traditional N-source) was replaced by Yaomei (a kind of new N-source from cottonseed protein) totally or partly in the culture medium, the results of ferment α-amylase activity were assayed. This study is to explore the applicability and feasibility of the Bacillus subtilis BF7658 in the enzyme production industry.
