摘要
为了确定接种丛枝菌根真菌对金叶连翘组培苗移栽后成活率和生长的影响,并研究不同菌种间、同一菌种不同菌株间的接种效果,在温室条件下,对金叶连翘组培苗接种了丛枝菌根真菌GlomusetunicatumBecker&Gerdemann的3个菌株、GlomusdiaphanumMorton&Walker的2个菌株、Glomusmosseae(Nicol.&Gerd.)Gerd.&Trappe的2个菌株进行试验.结果显示,接种丛枝菌根真菌能够明显促进金叶连翘组培苗移栽后的生长,但对其移栽成活率的影响不显著;不同菌种间、同一菌种不同菌株间的接种效果均存在显著差异.其中,接种G.etunicatumTW、G.etunicatumUSA、G.diaphanumSC、G.mosseaeJX这4种菌剂的植株的株高、叶面积、地上部干重等生长指标均极显著高于对照.该试验中表现良好的菌剂均能够尽快完成侵染过程,且能在较长时间内与根系保持动态平衡,并发现适宜的生态条件对菌株发挥效应是十分重要的.
The effects of three isolates of Glomus etunicatum Becker & Gerdemann, two isolates of Glomus diaphanum Morton & Walker and two isolates of Glomus mosseae (Nicol. & Gerd.) Gerd. & Trappe, on micropropagated Forsythia koreanna ‘SauonGold' were investigated under greenhouse condition. The results show that inoculation with AM fungi significantly increases plant growth, but has no obvious effect on survival rate. There are significant differences among those species and isolates. The shoot height, leaf area and dry weight are significantly improved by inoculation of G. etunicatum TW, G. etunicatum USA, G. diaphanum SC, G. mosseae JX. Those four isolates can be used as AM fungi inoculum on the transplanting of micropropagated Forsythia koreanna ‘SauonGold'. The results indicate that all of those four isolates have the ability of quick colonization and maintaining the relatively high colonization rate in a long period. The results also show that suitable ecological condition of isolates is important.
