摘要
根据深海采矿系统工作时其输送管道的运动规律和 管道内流体的流动情况,采用牛顿第二定理和冲量定理对管 中流体流动时对管道的作用力进行了分析。通过理论分析, 得出了采矿系统在一般工作情况下管内流体流动对管道作 用力的表达式,并分析了表达式中各项的物理意义及计算方 法。所推导出的表达式可直接应用于深海采矿系统的受力 分析,当系统在特殊的工作条件下,也可以根据具体情况对 表达方式进行合理简化而应用于输送系统受力的分析计算。
Based on Newton's second law and impulse theorem, the forces applied on the transportation piping by the fluid in the piping while the fluid flows have been analyzed according to the law of motion of transportation piping and flowing condition of the fluid. Through the theoretical analyses, the expressions of the forces applied on the piping by inner fluid while deep-sea mining system operates in general condition have been gained, and the physical meanings and calculating methods of the terms of the expressions have been discussed. The derived expressions can be directly applied into the force analyses of transporting system for deep-sea mining. If mining system operates in special conditions, the expressions also can be applied into the force analyses of the transporting system after hey are rationally simplified according to the specific operating conditions of mining system.
