摘要
阐述了电子效应对有机化合物的性质和有机化学反应的影响的重要性,指出电子效应的存在及其作用,概述了电子效应影响有机化学反应的一般规律。
In this paper, the importances of eletron effects acting on the natures organic compounds and organic reactions were expounded, and the existences and their actions of electron effects were pointed out. This paper summarized the general law of electron effects acting on organic reactions.
