摘要 生物体在生长、发育、疾病等不同时期其蛋白质表达不同。蛋白质组学技术为研究蛋白质表达、蛋白质与蛋白质之间相互作用、修饰提供了可能。 There are many different protein expressions when human body experiences different stages, such as growth, development and disease. Proteomics is a kind of new science which studies expression and activity forms of all protein in the cells or the body. The proteomic technique provides a possibility to study expression, interaction, and modification of proteins.
