摘要
本文根据现代物流理论,对区域性物流平台的概念、构成要素、构建原则及其系统化评价标准进行了探讨,并结合长春市物流产业发展的现状和潜力因素分析,提出了构建长春区域性物流平台的战略设想和阶段性目标,明确了政府和相关企业在区域性物流平台构建过程中应发挥的作用,并提出了具有可操作性的对策措施。
With the modern logistics theory, the paper studies the conception , constitute and principle of the regional logistics terrace. And it analyses the present situation of the logistics industry of Changchun. Last it puts forward several goals and measures and it makes clear the functions of the government and the enterprises which are interrelated.
