摘要
神经营养因子是促进神经元发育、维持神经元特殊形态与功能的一类分泌性多肽。现在有大量证据表明NTFs在神经系统老化、创伤、神经退行性变等情况下能调节神经元的可塑性和神经再生。本文对神经营养因子及其受体在正常与受损伤脊髓的分布 。
Neurotrophic factors (NTFs)are secreted peptides that act as growth factors for neuronal development and maintenance of neuronal specific morphology and function. Up to date, lots of evidences indicated that NTFs could adjust the plasticity and regeneration of neurons in the condition of aging , damage and degeneration of nervous system. In this paper, the distribution of the NTFs and their receptors in the normal and injured spinal cord, and the function of NTFs on the regeneration of injured spinal cord were reviewed.
