摘要
目前髌骨骨折普遍采用张力带固定手术治疗 ,针对术中存在的不足 ,在针尾处理、钢丝环扎方式、克氏针打入位置等方面做了改进 ,通过 6 2例临床应用 ,收到了满意的临床效果 ,随访 1～ 3年 ,优良率 96 %。
Tension band fixation surgery is the main treatment for patellar fracture at present. An improvment of the surgery was introduced in this paper on the disposal of the pin end, circular wiring and the position of kirchner's pin. The results were satisfactory after clinial application of more than 60 cases. The excellent and good rate was 96% after the patients were followed up from 1 to 3 years.
