摘要
应用系列温度冲击试验方法,研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti钢焊缝金属的氢脆敏感性,发现氢使焊缝金属的冲击韧性降低,且随温度减低而加剧,断口表面的磁性测量及X射线衍射分析均表明:氢抑制了α′马氏体的生成。
Hydrogen embrittlement of weld metal of 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel has been investigated by impact test at various temperatures. It is indicated that the existing of hydrogen decreased the impact toughness of weld metal. Also, magnetic determination on the surface of fracture showed that hydrogen suppressed the formation of a'-martensite.
