摘要
用差示扫描量热法研究了Sr_(1.95)Ca_(0.05)NaNb_5O_(15)(SCNN)晶体的热学性质,测得其铁电-顺电相变的转变热△Q=3.68×10~3J/mol.DSC分析表明,晶体的铁电。铁弹相变不会引起比热反常.介电和热电测量结果证实了SCNN晶体存在低温铁电-铁电相变,其相变温度在85K以上。
Thermal properties of SCNN have been investigated by using differential scanning calorimetery. The heat of ferroelectric-paraelectric transition △Q=3.68×10~3J/mol. The DSC curve indicates that the ferroelectric-ferroelastic phase transition will not lead to specific heat anomaly. Dielectric and pyroelectric measurements reveal that SCNN crystal has a low temperature ferroelectric-ferroelectric phase transition and the temperature range of the transition is above 85K.
