摘要
文章在分析公办高职院校推行股份制的理论及政策依据的基础上,从5个方面提出了公办高职院校推行股份制的必要性,并探究了以法人资产制度和法人治理结构为核心内容的股份制在我国公办高职院校可能会遇到的困难和解决的办法。
Based on the analysis of the theory and the policy on the implementation of the joint share system in state-run higher professional institutes, this paper presents the necessities of the practice of the system from five aspects. It also explores the potential difficulties and the ways to overcome them in the course of the practice of the system, which adopts the corporation-assets institution and the corporation-administration organization.
