摘要
目的 研究氮杂环二茂铁磺酰胺类化合物的合成。方法 以二茂铁磺酰氯和氮杂环化合物为原料,二氯甲烷作为溶剂,在四正丁基氯化铵和氢氧化钠的作用下完成反应。结果 合成了4种新的氮杂环取代的二茂铁磺酰胺类化合物,收率为44%~73%,用IR,1HNMR和元素分析对结构进行表征。结论 含有活泼氢的氮杂环化合物能与二茂铁衍生物生成相应的氮杂环二茂铁磺酰胺,并有较好收率。
Aim Synthesis of nitrogen heterocycle ferrocenesulfonyl amide was studied.Methods Nitrogen heterocycle ferrocenesulfonyl amides were prepared from ferrocenesulfonyl chloride and nitrogen heterocycles in the presence dichloromethane and n-tetrabutylammonia chloride.Results The yields of four new nitrogen heterocycle ferrocenesulfonyl amides were 44%~73% and the structures were confirmed by ~1H NMR, IR and Elemental analysis.Conclusion The reaction of nitrogen heterocycle with ferrocenesulfonyl chloride gave nitrogen heterocycle ferrocenesulfonyl amides in good yield.
