摘要
目的 观察雌激素对去势后雌性大鼠下丘脑区神经肽Y(NPY)免疫反应阳性神经元的影响。方法 采用免疫组织化学法 (SABC) ,在光学显微镜下对下丘脑视上核的NPY免疫反应阳性细胞进行形态学观察。结果 ①正常雌性大鼠下丘脑区的NPY阳性神经元分布较广 ,以视上核反应较强 ,卵圆形细胞居多 ,密集成簇。②去势后雌性大鼠下丘脑视上核的NPY阳性神经元表达增多 ,胞内免疫反应产物着色增强。③去势后补充雌激素的大鼠下丘脑视上核的NPY阳性神经元比单纯去势组表达减少 ,着色略浅。结论 外源性雌激素对去势雌性大鼠下丘脑视上核的NPY阳性神经元的分布有影响。
Objective To observe how estrogen influnces the distribution of hypothalamus neutropeptide Y(NPY)-positive neurons in the ovariectommized rats. Methods Immunohistochemical method(SABC)was adopted and all NPY-positive neurons of supraoptic nucleus(SON) were obseved morphologically under light microscope. Results ① Hypothalamus NPY-positive neurons were distributed widely in normal female rats. SON manifestation was most intensive strongly and these neurons were gathered in clusters. ② NPY-positive neurons of SON were increased and dyed darker in ovariectomized rats. ③The number of SON-positive NPY neurons decreased dramatically in ovariectomized rats treated with estrogen than in ovariectomized rats untreated. Conclusion It suggests that external estrogen may influence the distribution of NPY-positive neurons of hypothalamus.
