摘要
介绍了合成氨中压联醇串高压醇烷化工艺技术,达到了取代铜洗的目的。以年产10万t合成氨工程设计为例,论述了相关设计参数、触媒升温还原、投产运行等情况,对该工艺的关键技术进行了探讨。
The process technology for medium-pressure methanol in ammonia synthesis combined with high-pressure methanol methanation was introduced; the purpose for replacing the copper washing was reached. Taking the design of ammonia synthesis project with a capacity of 100 000 t/a as an example, the situation of rektive design parameters, heating and reducing of catalyst and putting into operation etc. was discussed, the key technology of this process was also studied.
