利用硅烷改善氮化铝粉末抗水解性的研究 被引量:14

摘要 用硅烷KH550对AlN作表面处理,有效地改善了AlN粉末抗水解性能。实验结果表明:处理后的AlN粉末在70℃的水浴加热条件下,可长达24 h保持pH值不变。用XRD和红外光谱对结果进行了分析,并初步地探讨了硅烷改善AlN粉末抗水解的机理。 The anti-hydrolytic properties of aluminum nitride powders was improved by coating with silane (KH 550) as surface treatment agent. The results show that pH value of aluminum nitride suspension are maintained under the constant condition of the boiling water of 70℃ for 24 hours. The implications of the result data were analyzed and synthesized in details by the X-ray and infrared spectroscopy method, and a mechanism was proposed to explain it.
