摘要
测定了四水硝酸镉(CNT)溶解度曲线,采用降温法培养出 CNT 单晶。对晶体形貌进行了分析,同时对 CNT 晶体的组成,红外光谱,紫外光谱,差热和倍频性能进行了分析和测定。实验表明,用1064nm 的 Nd^(3+)∶YAG 调 Q 激光辐射 CNT 晶体产生的倍频光的光强度是脲素晶体的3~5倍。
The solubility curve for cadmium nitrate tetrahydrate (CNT) has been ditermined.the CNT crystal can be grown by slow cooling solution technique.The crystal topograpic forCNT has been described.The infrared absorption,absorption spectra and thermo-analysis forCNT crystal have been determined.The CNT crystal irradiated by 1064nm Nd^(3+):YAG laserbeam to be produced 532nm wavelength laser.
