摘要
利用高功率CO_2气体激光器对高速钢刀具前、后面进行YG6表面涂敷;在进行耐磨性切削对比实验后,用扫描电镜和电子探针观察分析了切削磨损后的表面形貌。结果表明,经激光涂敷的刀具寿命提高250%,其磨损特性以非完全粘着磨损为主。
The paper deals with YG6 coating on fore-and-aft face of high speed steel tool with high power CO_2laser. The results of cutting experiments and scanning electron microscope and electron probe observation show that the life of laser-coating cutting tool increse by 250% more than that of untreted tool. Wear of laser treating tool is characterized by not complete adhensive wear.
