摘要
通过渣浸的正交试验,考察了酒钢30 t顶吹转炉的现行造渣制度,并确定出有利于提高镁碳砖使用寿命的初渣和终渣的合理组成。在其他条件大致相同的情况下,优化的炉渣组成使炉龄显著提高。
The present slag-forming technology of 30-ton LD converter at JISC. was examined by means of slag-erosion experiments of orthogonality.The rational compositions of first and final slags in the blowing process which contribute to increase in service life of MgO-C brick have been determined. The production practice shows that the optimized slag compositions can obviously increase the converter lining life under other equal conditions.
